Return and Refund Policy

Be sure to check the products thoroughly upon receiving the parcel.

Refund due to costumer change of mind

Any refund for return due to costumer change of mind within 14 days from date entered will be accepted under the below conditions:

  • Customer must follow the return process by CS Life.
  • All products are unopened, undamaged and in their original package.
  • Seal is not damaged.
  • Return delivery fees will be charged to customer (attached delivery rates).
  • 10% handling fee will be deducted from the total order amount of products returned.
  • Any free gifts must be returned in new condition as well.

Refund due to defective/damaged products

Any refund/exchange due to defective/damaged products, within 14 days from delivery received date will be accept under the below conditions:

  • Customer must follow the return process by CS Life.
  • Customer must inform the company on the damaged/defective products within 3 days business days after receiving the delivery.
  • The company will bear the delivery fee.
  • The defective/damaged product must be returned unused and in its original package.

Refund Methods

  • Refund will be made to the same payment method customer used.
  • If payment was made by cash, cash payment will be refunded as account credits.
  • If payment was made by Wallet Credits, the amount will be added back to the account.


  • CS Life reserves the right to review each return or exchange case on a case-by-case basis and making decisions for all orders return.
  • Excessive returns may be deemed an abuse of CS Life return policy and may result in suspension of your return privileges and/or distributorship.
  • Once you return or refund any orders, your QV & CV and rank advancement will be affected.
  • The following items are excluded from our return & refund policy: promotional packages, promotional items, free gifts.
  • When purchase a pack, partial return due to customer change of mind will not be allowed, and customer must return the whole pack.

Return process

  • For return of goods, customer shall contact CS Life Customer Service by email with a return request, including the following details:
  • ①  Order number.

    ②  Products SKUs return.

    ③  Reason for return.

    ④  In case of damaged products, please provide photos.

    ⑤  Preferred time for pick-up the returned products*

  • Customer Service Team will check for the order.
  • After approved by CS Team, the delivery company will contact customer to schedule a pick-up.
  • Delivery company will pick up the return from the customer's address.
  • The customer must be presented at the pick-up.

* Return pick-up schedule:

  1. Return pick-up day shall be at least 2 working days after sending the email (example: agent who send a return request email on Monday, can schedule pick up earliest on Wednesday).
  2. Return pick-up date shall be Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm(except Sunday or public holidays)


  1. Pick up time for return might be changed by the company.
  2. In case of rejection of return by the company, Customer Service Representative will reply by email with the reason of rejection.
  3. Do not send any return package without confirmation of Customer Service team.
  4. For free delivery orders, customer will bear the return pick-up fee.
